Here is my review on a unique foam roller by JaxJox. The JaxJox Foam RollerConnect is a unique foam roller that can be controlled by an app from the apple store or google playstore.

Offering foam rolling sessions and recording what group muscles you foam roll whilst also using an algorithm to help choose which intensity you foam roll at. All very clever stuff and as a runner a huge help to get some foam rolling in whilst letting something control the program for you.
