This website is owned and operated by The Running Community. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Using our website
In order to use our website and/or receive our products or services, you must be at least be 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our products/services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products/services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Delivery & Refunds/Returns Policy
How Long Will My Order Take?
For all items ordered through The Running Community store please allow 21 days for production and delivery. Clothing items are generally made to order. In some circumstances orders may take longer due to potential supplier and printing delays although this is a rare occurrence.
With our virtual medals please do allow up to 5-7 days for delivery once you have submitted evidence that you have completed your challenge.
With our virtual medals all evidence must be submitted within 5 days after the challenge ends or we will not be able to send your well earned medal out and no refunds will be given.
Refunds & Exchanges
We are unable to offer refunds/returns or exchanges due to our items being made to order and printed shortly after an order has been received. Please ensure you choose the correct sizing and the correct colour.
If your item is faulty then of course by all means contact us (email@example.com) to discuss the issue and a refund or exchange will be discussed and must be agreed by The Running Community at our discretion.
If you have an item that has gone missing you may be required to speak with your post office. We will offer a refund at our discretion.

Retention of right to change offering
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of The Running Community Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
