Set yourself a challenge to earn your fabulous TRC Running On Eggshells Running Medal! You can Run/Walk/Cycle/Swim your challenge . Choose a distance of 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Marathon!
Do I have to complete the distance in one go?
Absolutely not you can separate the challenge up as much as you like during the challenge time period which is between 01.04.2022 - 08.05.2022
Time to complete my challenge?
You have from the 01.04.2022 until 08.05.2022 to complete your TRC Running On Eggshells ChallengeWhere Do I Submit My Evidence?

UK - With our virtual medals please do allow up to 5-7 Working days once you have submitted evidence that you have completed your challenge. Our first medals will ship out the middle of April.
For International Deliveries please allow at least two weeks.
