The best plan out there for beginners is the Couch 2 5K plan normally this can be downloaded as an app on your phone (NHS have there own App) but we know some people also like a print out of there plan to tick sessions off.. So please help yourselves to our downloadable, printable plan below. This is based on 3 sessions each week but don't worry if you do less. You can also always repeat sessions if needed.
