Delivery & Returns/Refund Policy

How Long Will My Order Take?
For all items ordered through The Running Community store please allow 21 working days for production and delivery. Clothing items are generally made to order. In some circumstances orders may take longer then 21 days due to potential supplier and printing delays although this is a rare occurrence.

With our virtual medals please do allow up to 5-7 working days once you have submitted evidence that you have completed your challenge.

Refunds & Exchanges

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to our items being made to order and printed shortly after an order has been received. Please ensure you choose the correct sizing and the correct colour.

If your item is faulty then of course by all means contact us (hello@therunningcommunity.club) to discuss the issue and a refund or exchange will be discussed and must be agreed by The Running Community at our discretion.

With our virtual medals all evidence must be submitted within 5 days after the challenge ends or we will not be able to send your well earned medal out and no refunds will be given.
